After carving your pumpkin, separate the seeds from the pulp. Rinse the seeds with water and air dry on wax or parchment paper.

Salt, clean pumpkin seeds and olive oil. |
Place dry seeds in a bowl. Drizzle some olive oil over top.

Transfer the seeds to a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Bake at 350F for 10 - 15 minutes. Watch your seeds carefully. Seeds are ready when they are crisp, light and golden brown.
